Bryan Covert serves as an Investment Consultant at Gary Goldberg Financial Services, working with the Strategic Investment Committee and dedicated to customizing portfolios in order to help his clients reach their financial goals. Because each client’s circumstances and aspirations are unique, he conducts an in-depth and comprehensive interview process to ensure that his clients’ top concerns are addressed, and that their resources are being put to their best possible use.
Markets are moving faster than ever these days, and all the noise and conflicting opinions can make it difficult for anyone to understand what to do or how to invest. That’s why he believes that one of the most important job functions he has is to listen. Knowing what a client hopes to achieve, and respecting their tolerance for risk and complexity, is the first step any financial advisor needs to take if they hope to act in the best interest of their clients.
Mr. Covert began his career as a financial professional at Prudential, advising his clients on how best to achieve their short and long-term financial goals. The strategies he developed were designed to maximize tax efficiency and generate income, while remaining flexible enough to adjust to changing market conditions or major life changes.
Mr. Covert earned a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University and holds his Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations. He holds his Health Life and Accident license as well as National Social Security Certification. Mr. Covert is also an active member of the Rockland Business Association and Business Network International Organization. While not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, testing his physical endurance with obstacle challenges, enjoying the outdoors and playing golf.
